Just a quick thing

I find it a bit stupid to include the avatar of the person who started the thread because it looks like we're seeing the profile of someone...
I think that it would be better to display an icon that represents the category of the thread

I don't know, I think it's cool. If you've ever responded to that thread, it shows your avatar there too, which is pretty nifty imo.

I like the avatar next to the thread. If you ever look forward to threads started by certain users, then it makes it easier to see those threads.

Thanks all this sort of sums it up. There are always multiple views to any changes.

The thinking here is (other than on the homepage) you typically know which sub forum you're in? Where as if you like someone's content you can find their comments easier ?
