I have started a listing for 5 star amazon reviews on eBay and have been getting decent results. Is this violating eBays ToS? Am I risking my account by doing so?

I don't know for eBay but your customers are doing the worst thing for their amazon account: buying reviews!. Amazon will most likely find out and they will blame you, so be carefull
