I found a pinterest account with 120k followers , 100 different niche boards but didn't post nothing for over 1 year.
The good thing is for sale , and I will be happy to buy it from him.
Now the big question ..
As he didn't post nothing for 1 year, that account is still alive ? Once it will post a pin , will get trafic on my money site ?!?

Agree with what everyone here has replied, you just have to be careful with it.
You have to ask yourself if the account has 120k followers, why would this person stop posting to it and also why has he not sold it in the time frame he stopped posting.
There has been a few cases I've spotted recently where the vast majority of the following accounts are botted and feeding the main account which could in this case be the account your looking to buy.
If your gonna dive on it, do a background check on the person you are buying from, use any information provided and run reverse google on it all even the images and see what comes up. Even fire the Pinterest URL through google and see what domains it appears on and has been linked to. If hes selling he's likely put information that has indexed up for the Pinterest URL.
As the account has a good amount of following, and boards it should be easy enough to bring back to life. I would ask for the Pinterest Analytics screens then ask him to match the Pins shown here with those found within the boards to gauge the momentum and repins his last pins were getting. If he can't deliver on this then just move on as its likely if he can't do the legwork to sell it, its not gonna be worth your time or money.

Is not only for woman's . I got a 70% mans and 30 woman's on analytics ... but trust me , pinterest will blow your traffic mate . I don't know if your you 5k/day is a good trafic but for me is great for this moment, as I don't sell any stuff .
70/30 Men on your Analytics, thats pretty crazy.? Even in male dominated Niches I still see mostly Women repinning as pushing the sales for male products or affiliate.
5K/Daily unique views is good, its just about how you convert it. If you run affiliate on a blog and have it optimised with an email opt-in and funnel you could really make a hefty income even on those numbers as overtime your email list becomes an asset for you to dip into, and with a nice email series and occasional one off affiliate promo's it kinds becomes a free money machine.
Same applies with E-commerce and your own products.
Even on the lower end bare bones for people starting out learning or needing cash, starting something like an Adsense Blog you can optimise it and make an easy £30+ daily easily. (155 clicks out of 5,000 UV's at approx £0.20 CPC)
