So I have just had to do my first ever paypal dispute and it doesn't feel good.
I could say I am am quite lucky in a sense as I have never had to give negative feedback and never had to dispute anything, but I was left with no choice I ahve tried everything to resolve the problem and there was no way around it, I don't want to go into to much detail about it at the moment, I just wanted to vent a bit of anger and annoyance, if someone rips you and admits it there should be no delay really, you should just get your cash back, but no you have to go through the whole process and in fairness payp are just doing there job.
