Junk Traffic to boost alexa ranking?

Would buying a ass load of junk traffic boost your alexa ranking? Im sure that
not all the views are unique but that is actually good to show that they are
revisting the site.

Im saying if you slowly sent a couple thousand views to your site for a month
then increased to 10k a day then to a 100k a day....
Would this make your site go bonkers on alexa?

i send junk traffic to my sites from my ptc sites and they all get to about the 1million mare so it works for me as the muppets on DP buy them coz of the high ranking
