Junk traffic and java redirects?

Hey guys. I'm currently using a method which gets me a good number of referrals however I want to lower my conversion rate so it doesn't look too suspicious. I have a page promoting my CPA affiliate and it uses javascript to automatically redirect to my CPA affiliate. If I buy junk traffic off DP or some other site and direct it at my site that automatically redirects will the bot traffic redirect to my CPA offer?

if not, is there anywhere else I can get cheap traffic that will redirect through my page onto my CPA offer? I need something that can give me about 300-400 hits a day.
