Just find out that jumpline.com is offering a free 1 year hosting.
I was signing up there and stopped because they want a credit card information for the order.
if you are going to signup, make sure to use a VCC there.
Also, there is an option for email protection something. so dont select Email Defense because it will cost money.

I dont know how good or bad their service is, so please dont blame me..
I even dont know vcc supported there..

    signup up on your risk..

I've tried 4 times by using some empty cc .. I get the confirmation email, but their payment system reject the cc and .. no login info.
If any member (from US) can help me register an account by vcc, that will be great .. (PM me ;) )

I have just got some good free hosting by seareching on Live. I always used to search on Google; but live gave me good results.
