If you paid any attention to the video, he's certified as a trainer so no he's not just some normal guy selling an ebook on how to jump higher. His product (and this is of course what he's telling us) is just a program that worked really well for him so he turned it into an ebook and started selling it
Even if he was, what does it matter? You think every person out there with a product on CB is a well-known figure in their market? Or that they even practice what's taught in their ebooks? Hell no. That's why there's such thing as outsourcing. You find someone who is an expert and pay them to write an ebook for you and then you use your marketing skills to sell it.
I heard the dude that owns Fat Loss 4 Idiots (which made like $21 million in sales last year) is a fat asian kid that doesn't even look like he works out. You think anyone that buys the ebook knows that? Definitely not, but that doesn't affect his sales.
On another note, for those of you that are ranking for certain terms and not selling a lot of his program, that doesn't necessarily mean that other people aren't having success selling it. Plus, SEO isn't the only marketing method out there. People could be killin it with PPC, media buys, email lists, etc. To make $70,000 per month in sales, all he really needs is 70 different affiliates who can sell $1000 worth of his product per month which really isn't all that much.
Now I don't know the guy or even promote his product, but I think it's kinda ridiculous how everyone is so quick to call BS whenever someone throws out what they consider a "big number" of money that they are making each month. There are tons and tons of basketball players that would benefit from this product and that's only 1 sport. There's also volleyball, football, soccer, certain track and field events, baseball, and probably a few others I'm missing. The market reach is huge.
