Jumio Selfie Verification on Bet365

Hello , I’m having some issues completing the Jumio selfie verification process on Bet365. I’ve already submitted my documents and Got Verified but when i am trying to deposit they are asking for Selfie and i cant provide it., I’m stuck at the selfie step. Has anyone else experienced problems with this?


I’d really appreciate any advice, tips, or shared experiences on how to get this resolved.

That selfie step can be a bit difficutl sometimes. Best move is to reach out directly to Bet365 support since they can reset or guide you through the Jumio process. Some people solve it by trying a different device or better lighting too.

Thanks for your reply mate. But this is not what I need.
 

Yes, this happens sometimes try using a different device or browser; Bet365 selfie verification can be buggy on mobile.​
