You have a few options depending on what you want to do. Look at A-Ads for a banner ad. They are a bitcon/crypto ad network that pays on CPM model. Look at RUNative for native ads. They pay on CPC and CPM. AdHitz is an option for CPC ads. If you want a more "big player" option, look at Media.Net for banners.
FYI - Juicyads banners pay less than bottom of the barrel earnings. Their popups are better, but you need an adult site to get the most out of them.

Don't go for banner ads, you're better off going with native ads. You can check taboola or exoclicks or Google some native ads network
