Juicyads, has anyone experienced issues with tracking pixels

Last month I ran a series of Juicyads run of network banner ads as a test for driving traffic to our ecommerce site. Although it did drive traffic, I'm having a hard time calculating my ROI as I don't fully trust their pixels. I installed a basic https pixel on the checkout confirm page. Although my ads ended 3 weeks ago, I'm still seeing the pixel activated and I still see it being activated at about the same rate. I suspect that Juicyads is simply reporting the pixel as firing for EVERY person that saw an ad on their network and then purchased from us, not just people that saw our ad series. I contacted their support but they just said it appeared to be working, they didn't do any real research. Now I don't know whether to spend more on ads with them or not. Has anyone else experienced this issue with them? I don't want to believe it's deliberate, but I suspect maybe they want you to believe that their ads are more effective than they actually are.
