))I am averaging .01 per click with the filler ads. I think its niche specific and my site is soft core/celeb. so far I am happy with it because I cant find anything else that is paying more. I wish i could find a cpa network that would allow its traffic. I should note that 60% of the sites traffic is from the USA so that may have something to do with it as well.

yes, i'm bit unhappy, too... since i'm programming it myself, i'm thinking of using several options, and then see which brings the most profit. i was just unhappy with this rates. i know that hey must be getting much more from as buyers

Try this as a formula:
signup for a good cam sponsor and a good dating sponsor (eg. livejasmin and adultfriendfinder are two of the biggest). On every page, use a rotating iframe ad from each place (I mean those iframe ads that they provide that have thumbs of the girls that are currently online).
Use either 1 ad per page (rotating between cams and dating), or one from each place top and bottom on each page and rotate the positions.
Sign up for a couple of good paysite sponsors and just use simple text links to fill up the rest of your ad spots. Load the links from a text file and rotate the order.
As long as you keep your ads niche specific (ie. generic straight stuff, big boobs, tranny, gay etc - you don't mention what niche your site is) you will make more than with juicy ads.

What i did was i signed up to a few dating sites and cpa networks.
And having their banners on my site instead.
That time i used Rude.com 1$ signup which gave me 50x more than Juicyads/day.
Around 11 signups on 70 clicks with them.
But as i said, this was 2 years ago. There is plenty of other adult dating sites u can promote instead.
