JrVIP membership question regarding total cost

Dear BHW community,

I am about to very soon contribute to this great forum by becoming a JrVIP.

However, I have a question regarding the total cost of the membership.

Since this is stated in the membership page: All orders from the EU will have VAT added at 20%

Any idea if this is only applied to the countries that are in EU, or to every European country, including even those that are not in EU, like Balkan countries? I'm confused to as what my total cost will be: 1) Only $97 or 2) 116.4 ?

well it says eu so i think its just eu.

but tbh if your in the EU and you give your real name on a blackhat forum meaning you pay tax then your a mug lol

if you aren't in the EU as in European Union, you won't pay VAT and even if you are, you can still use a CC not just paypal, so you won't pay any VAT in that case either, at least if you use your Payoneer card for instance, just set the country to a non-EU country
