Jr. VIP renewal query

Hey everyone,

Apologies for posting this here. I wanted to open a support ticket but for some reason the captcha isn't loading at all on my page and the ticket won't go through without captcha.

My Jr. VIP is due for renewal tomorrow. Although I'm subscribed through my debit card, I'd like to renew it manually today in order to avoid any hiccups if the auto-charge somehow doesn't go through tomorrow.

Is there a way I could renew it manually? I see no option to pay right now.

This is what we usually send to members with your query:

If you have paid through through your Chargebee account and have an automatic subscription active, then you do not need to worry as your membership will automatically renew itself when your membership expires. Currently, you can't pay your subscription early.

If you have not got an active subscription for your membership, then once your membership expires you will be given a 7 day grace period to pay for the membership again. As long as you upgrade within these 7 days, all of your threads will automatically re-open and you may continue selling as you did before, as long as your sales thread don't also need to be renewed.
