Jr.VIP fee charged 2 x

My Jr.VIP got expired and for whatever reason the system didnt take the amount automatically as it was supposed to take, therefore I went and paid it manually after I was stripped off the blue badge.

About hour later the system finally decided to get working and charged the double fee (the previous auto subscription).

Sent message to Damien - no response as my message is probably buried under hundreds of other messages so I post it here and perhaps @Zwielicht or @Diamond Damien can pick it up?

Hi sorry to hear this. “The system” is PayPal or Stripe. We have a cleaner integration coming in with 2.0 so you can see and manage the payment method on subscriptions yourself rather than having to log onto PayPal or Stripe to see if it’s been taken.

The support desk is always the best place for most types of query as it’s designed to handle them and, with the new knowledge base, may surface the answer you’re looking for faster thanks a mod can. PM a mod should only be for talking with that mod directly.
