Here's a crazy idea: you have Jr. Vips, Executives, Moderators and Super Moderators, maybe you can add a lower class of moderator in the mix?

Code:
Super Moderator>Moderator>Junior Moderator

Besides being damn cool, what would you suggest be the purpose of those jr moderator?

On a forum that I was a mod at they had different levels of moderator whereby the lowest level could answer community related questions, middle tier could offer more technical support and deal with account issues and such and the highest tier being full admin. I know it isnt wholly related to how this forum is run but it does serve as a good way of initiating the newer members of a team.

meh, you dont need more mods. the mods here seem to do a fine job. I know as an owner of a forum, when people ask for modship, they dont get it and giving up control on your board is a very scary thing to do.

Would take a bit of work of the super and regular mods.

In other news, I have been wondering exactly what "meh" meant. Personally I thought it meant "take it or leave it, whatever"......meh lol

Definition of meh :.

1. (n.) A multi-purpose response, primarily used to imply a degree of indifference. Tone of voice and circumstance often implies a meaning. Can be used when you don't want to answer an awkward or embarrassing question, or if you just plain have nothing else to say, and you want the other person to interpret the "meh" however he/she chooses. As in: Q: "What do you think of my new dress?" A: "Meh." or Q: "What do you want to do tonight?" A: "Meh."
