jquery form question?

I am making a website and I came across this plugin

The template I am using uses this plugin, however they have their own "comment.php". Meaning, all feedback is directed to their servers.

One question, how can I make the comment.php so that feedback is directed to ME. I know how the whole thing is setup, I just need a comment.php page.
