jpy295 scammed me for $2075

I recently started a thread regarding this and bhw members confirmed that i have been scammed.

So what happened, i recently purchased a 25 PBN websites from this seller for $2075 and we agreed that every single domain will have a minimum of 20 Trust Flow metric.

Seller delivered his job and non of the websites have TF of 20, and some even as low as 2. Seller said that it is because websites are not connected online and TF's will go up to where they need to be once i put them live on hosting.

After telling me these lies, seller stopped responding and is now completely ignoring me.

I tried to recover money from paypal dispute, but for some weird reason i lost it because seller has provided paypal with some mysterious tracking number of a physical item which was delivered to me.

I strongly suggest bhw members to stay away from jpy295 services! Also i would like bhw moderator to investigate this scam.

As a proof of my words i can provide moderators with sellers job report and skype chat logs if necessary.

jpy295 has been notified he has 48 hours to respond.

i did not provide Paypal with any kind of "physical tracking" numbers. I simply provided them with the requirements of the job, and that i completed those requirements. THATS why i won the case, not because of some conspiracy.

Also, i thought you didn't have a BHW account? hmmm pretty bizarre...

From the very beginning this buyer has been sketchy.. I should have never accepted his work, but whats done is done. And now my BHW account is at risk (work scenario possible)...

I also stopped responding via Skype because 1.) i have delivered everything i was responsible for doing for you. 2). you filed a Paypal dispute the same day of delivery. Therefore i figured me and you have nothing left to talk about...

You have not delivered job as per our agreement, none of the domain TF's is 20. none. You thought i am not a member of bhw so you will easily get away with this. Then you lied to me about TF metrics going up once sites are live. Paypal dispute was initiated after you stopped responding in skype.

Initially i offered jpy295 to carry out this job thought the Elance, seller confirmed that he has got an account on elance, but refused to do it though the escrow system because from the first day he knew that he won't be delivering his job as we have agreed.


I don't see how i can lose this dispute, i have not received something i paid for. Seller gave me 2 namecheap.com account details where 25 domains are registered, i have not changed password or any account details, i don't need them have them back dude. They are useless for me.

He is not claiming that you haven't delivered, he is claiming that what you delivered is not what was agreed upon. You have not addressed that accusation.

It looks like I'm going to need to see the logs where you discussed what was being purchased and what was delivered. Please post the logs in this thread (remove personal info of course) and I will pm both of you an email address to send what was sent/delivered to.

PS. Don't think that winning the paypal dispute is anything in your favor - winning a virtual transaction as a seller is like shooting fish in a barrel (aka, easy to do). I will be evaluating what was promised vs what was delivered.

jpy295, I have checked several domains and found none of them to be TF 20 or higher, some of them were 10 or lower. Looking at the skype log above, it appears that you have not delivered what you agreed to. Is there something I am missing in this?

old salt has been away about 2 week, duno if something has happened

That said accused should in this case prove sites provided to complainant had said promised TF metrics at time of his purchase of said domains. Even then it remains in the mods hands.

Not taking side of course just stating facts, that said I find it shady seller did not state this issue upfront to buyer before purchase as would have been the only right thing to do.
