amazing thread bro. read the whole thing up until this point and will continue watching it until the very end. this inspired me to try my very own channel. i also used to be a youtuber, so i already got the editing and thumbnail part of the equation taken care of. i've also been extremely interested and following everything ai for a long time now, so i can make my own voiceovers and image generations. your journey was the last thing i needed to finally get started with my own. i really appreciate you taking time out of your day to update us even if you're a busy guy. good luck on your channel and godspeed!

Amazing progress! Can you please make a quick short guide on how to find the best niche that can attract views on shorts? I'm planning to build an exclusive tool that does everything from niche finding to upload the videos automatically.

There is no specific niche that will attract views but here are the only rules that will guarantee success with any niche :
- if you are just getting started ask yourself this question: if I can pick a random guy from the entire earth, and show him the video title and the first 3 seconds of my short is he going to be curious enough to watch the full video? if not you need to fulfill this first before moving to the next step, if yes is the video going to add value to that user and it was not just clickbait so that he might consider subscribing or watching other videos? if no you need to fulfill this before moving to the next step if yes you need to ask yourself the second question how many videos can I make in this niche that are similar to this video in terms of niche and style if few videos is the answer then consider looking for another niche if the answer is a lot of videos then that's what you need. if you made it here then all you need to do is keep on doing the full process over and over and try to make your videos better each time.
Things to look for :
- Attractive thumbnails, to get a high click-through rate
- Watch your audience retention and your like/dislike ratio the better they are the higher the chances your videos will go viral.
- Quality over Quantity

if you are not getting started and you want to bring a specific audience like for example mechanical engineers or something very specific, it will take you a bit longer you need to post regularly in the same niche once YouTube is going to find some people from the random people that might be interested in your videos, it will look at other people's watch history similar to the ones that like your videos and recommend your videos to them if they watch them and like them, it will push them to an even newer audience (I m doing the same on my main channel, but trust me it takes way longer). In this case, you should help the algorithm a bit by sharing your videos outside YouTube to an audience that you know is interested in your topic this will help YouTube know what it should be looking for.

That's the blueprint to succeed in YouTube.

Hey mate. I started a channel too and you can see from the screenshot attached my videos are getting views but it's the subscribers that am concerned. I am getting like 2-3 subs per 1000 views but for you it's a lot higher. What could be the reason and what can I do different

I have 6 videos. They range between 22-35 seconds. This screenshot above is for a video that got 200 views. While the one below is for a video that got 10k views Screenshot_20240402-195623~2.pngScreenshot_20240402-200047~2.png
