I'll for sure, I'll only stop updating if I make my first 10000$ or if youtube dosen't accept my channel for the partner program !

I m using multiple tools sometimes it is as simple as capcut, some other times Premiere Pro and AE
 
The Channel is back to making 150- 200 subs a day (I miss the 1K subs per day XD), but that's totally fine this was like a light year objectif 2 months ago.
Third Long video is Up now, I'll focus more on long form videos now because the main reason I started with shorts is to get the 1K subs but I got X10 that so I think time to focus on monetization which is easier with long videos.

In reality 12k subs is miniscule compared to other channels, How much money are you really going to make? I'd continue to do what's working already keep growing the channel the money will come

Miniscule ? I started this less than 3 months ago, I m a YouTuber I know how much it usually takes to reach 10K, trust me not that easy. I don't trust YouTube and their policies, no one can garentee that by the time I reach 100K nothing will change and YouTube is not going to decide that AI content is not accepted in the partner program.
What I m saying in the update is I'll be pushing more Long Form content, but of course I m not going to stop short content because that's the main drive for subs.

that's true, but in recent youtube changes, sub count doesn't really have alot of impact. ive seen 200k subs channel having less monthly views than a 2months old newly created channel. but, there's a big advantage of high subs, you already got your audience and you will have initial views on new uploads.

Exactly why id keep growing. Get that early engagement for the long form and hope the algorithm pushes you
