[JOURNEY] Using my knowledge to try Faceless channels

I'm personally very excited about this step, I've been running a YouTube channel with only shorts for months, it's going very well and I was also thinking about starting with long-term videos.

Good luck and success to you, things are going really well for you, keep it up
Thank you bro how are things for you? how many months and how many subs do you have so far?

It's been about 3 and a half months now, I have almost 1,300 subscribers so far, but my target group is a little smaller, but I'm still satisfied. I was also able to earn my first money with the channel through 2 promotions ( this was only possible through a good friend, as he has good contacts in my niche).

you got sponsors while you have 1.3K subs only, that's amazing ! for me my main focus will be getting ad revenue only not interested in anything else

Where do you get your voice over? Fiverr/Ai ?

How much is the cost of making per 1 video?

Thank you! I'm also interested in TikTok but since the creator funds program is not available in Canada, I still don't see why I would do TikTok. I know it is a good source of traffic and I can send it to a lot of things but what I want is the money to be linked to only one site and one metric like YouTube views = money. I hate it when the chain is long (views + click the link + signup + buy something = money).
As you mentioned I heard that story of consistency and I need to publish a lot to get noticed by YouTube so what I will do is stick to 1 video a day at least I'm going to do most of the videos during the weekends and see how it goes 1 month from now if there is progress and double that to like 2 videos per week.
Don't sleep on TIKTOK.
You are already doing the work, so might as well post there and multiply your viewership and build your following. Maybe you end up opening a tiktok shop, or you move out of Canada.

Best of luck and happy new year :)

I don't see how I can make money from Tiktok since the creator fund is not available in Canada, any suggestions? I can't wait to move out of Canada and happy new year my friend
Great journey, my guy

What is the average length of your vids?
Thanks, bro , all of them are between 50 to 60 sec still doing only short but I'm working on my first long video I'm taking my time because I want it to be perfect

To make money from Tiktok I guess you can buy a residential IP from the states.

But my suggestion was to simply grow your tiktok account at the same time as your youtube.

The idea behind this channel is to do just one thing and make money from doing one thing, I don't want to include any tiny blackhat method that might risk all my efforts, my goal is really simple make money from YouTube ads that's it! if I had access to TikTok creator funds I'll for sure upload the same videos to TikTok. also for revenue, I don't want crazy numbers I want something that will allow me to live a digital nomad life (1000$-2000$ monthly) so I can focus on growing my real business while enjoying life.

This is really awesome! Good luck in your journey, and I look forward to watching the progress. Hopefully one day I'll take the plunge into faceless YT, but for now I'm just watching from the bleachers. ha!

Hey everyone,

I've been an active member of this community for quite some time now, and I know most of the money-making tactics. Over the past few years, I've concentrated on a specific niche. While it's relatively small, the potential is enormous—clients within this niche are making billions. I've positioned myself as a pioneer in this domain, always aiming for a long-term strategy. The financial gains so far haven't been monumental, but I see steady growth each year.

With a diverse skill set under my belt, including programming, automation, marketing, video editing, and AI, I've decided to branch out a bit. I'm intrigued by the idea of faceless channels, as they seem promising and align with my goal of establishing something simple enough to outsource or teach to my wife :anyway:.

I'm sharing this here to keep myself accountable, and I hope you'll join me on this journey.

My Objectives:

  1. Upload one short video daily.
  2. Attain the first 1000 subscribers.
  3. Produce one long-form video.
  4. Achieve channel monetization.
  5. Generate a consistent income of $400/month.
  6. Begin outsourcing long-form video creation at $100 per video, once a week.
  7. Gradually delegate all operations and increase profitability.
Progress Report:

  • The channel is now live.
  • Successfully uploaded the debut video.
  • Impressively, the video garnered 2500 views and attracted 12 subscribers within the first 10 hours.
how it doing now?
