⚡ CONTEXT: Well, I'm 25 years old, so far I have only invested in short term business. Dropshipping stores or sales sites that last a few months and then disappear. My biggest project was a store that lasted about 2 years, however, I was inexperienced at the time and still had a regular job, so I couldn't keep the project alive.

⚡ MOTIVATION: I saw a very inspiring video in the last few days and decided to create a brand. I'm tired of wasting my time with short-term projects and not being recognized as the creator of a really relevant website. So I want to create a solid brand that will last for years. Preferably for decades, I want it to be a reference of the niche in my country.

⚡ CREATING THE BRAND:

⭐ Buy a domain: tld.com, I prefer to buy a new domain, without risk of Google penalties, with brandable name.

⭐ Creating a logo: I'll do it myself using Canva, something clean and professional is enough.

⭐ Blog: the heart of the project is the website. I will try to create posts with the help of Open AI-3. However, each post will be manually proofread and have some paragraphs manually written to reduce the chances of penalties. I want to use Elementor so that the site will be really nice and not just look like another deposit of post-spams. Each post should have unique images (canva with edits) + watermark. Preferably a video in each post to make the content even more interesting.

⭐ Create social media profiles: I will try to focus on Youtube, TikTok and Instagram, but I will also try to create a presence on other social networks, at least to help index the blog posts and attract some new users.

⭐ Long term: as per the tree below, there are many things that can be done in the long term for a brand to grow. This includes press releases, affiliate programs, hiring influencers, and a bunch of other things that don't deserve to be detailed right now. Better to focus on the things that need to be built NOW before thinking about strategies for growing a brand that doesn't yet exist.

⚡ NICHE: The brand niche is LIFE. What does it mean? Well, I intend to create a brand that is expandable to multiple sub-niches such as: good nutrition, health, quality of life, diets, weight loss, recipes, exercise, gym, walking, meditation, yoga, better sleep, diseases, oral health, etc, etc... of course, at first I will focus on eating, however, creating a brand about helping people improve their quality of life is something very broad and can involve infinite types of subjects and content, which will help me not have a scarcity of content on the site.

⚡ MONETIZATION:
I would like to monetize this site in every possible way I can think of. This involves:

✅ Adsense, Ezoic, etc: the basics since the heart of the project is the creation of written content on the website. The site will not be in English, I intend to write in Portuguese, so this may decrease the amount of options available to monetize the site this way, on the other hand it is less competitive than English. Creating quizzes to help increase the number of pageviews is also already on my mind.

✅ Dropshipping: based on the niche mentioned above, there are thousands of possible products that are eligible and can help me monetize the site in another way.

✅ POD: in the same scheme as dropshipping, there are multiple POD products that could be developed in this niche, including funny phrases or quotes about it, especially for people who want to lose weight, are overcoming some problem like depression, and people who go to the gym.

✅ Youtube: one of the social networks I plan to work hard on is Youtube. I hope to be able to create a channel related to the brand and monetize it.

✅ Shoutout IG/TT: although I think about having my own products, it wouldn't be a bad idea to sell stories/posts on Instagram/TikTok to other interested brands, advertisers, pages or influencers.

✅ Guest Post: in the long run, when the site is relevant, it will be possible to sell guest posts.

✅ Affiliates: there are numerous affiliate products in this niche and it is an option that I will certainly implement on the site. A post about ''advantages of eating peanuts'' with an ebook about diet or a weight loss program where I earn a commission on each sale is quite useful.

Possibly creating own ebooks or courses on the subject is also valid, but this is quite utopic in the short term.

Any other ideas on the subject are welcome, I would like to monetize the site in every way possible.

If you have read this far, thank you for reading. Currently I haven't even bought the domain yet, I'm thinking about the brand name, etc. Anyway, in the next few days I will start updating the journey, in any case, it will be very time consuming, I will be happy if I start making some money thanks to social media traffic in the short term. In the medium/long term, I hope to be able to rely on organic traffic.

Looks like a plan! I'm very impressed by everything you wrote and wish you good fortune on your new venture. Please keep this updated.

Good luck buddy. Motivation will be gone at some point so you need discipline to go trough all this. Be aware of that and you will succeed.

UPDATE 01

In the last few hours I have already created the logo, bought the new domain, transferred it to Cloudways. I've already installed WordPress, created a Facebook page and a Twitter and Instagram account, and also created a YouTube channel. I've already installed GSC and Google Analytics and all the plugins that seemed pertinent. I have already set to use the GeneratePress theme. I still need to look for some nulled version of Elementor Pro, as updated as possible.

In the next few days I will start editing the appearance of the site, create the first posts (and share on social media), etc. Besides this, I plan to start creating the first exclusive social media posts.

Good luck bro, following this as i am in the same niche lol

UPDATE 2:

About the website: I created the basic pages (about, contact, privacy page). I created the template that I will use for all posts. The template includes watermarked images, a youtube video (relevant and hand-picked), a poll to increase reader engagement, no long paragraphs, multiple headings, buttons to share the post, etc.

I have already created two posts today (both are 2300 words long), they are unique, created with AI, however, manually proofread, added handwritten paragraphs, checked information, etc.

About social media: Twitter and Facebook as I expected have no engagement. In fact, Twitter received 8 views and Facebook zero, both are newly created accounts, I did not and do not intend to buy followers, views, or anything like that.

TikTok seems to be shadowbanned, I will try to fix that in the coming weeks. Instagram I also suspect may be shadowbanned because I only had 3 views. The surprise was for Youtube, I uploaded a 4 seconds short yesterday and got 5000 views and the channel already has 11 subscribers, not bad for a video created in Canva.

In the coming weeks, the goal is to keep posting constantly on social networks + create blog posts. Hopefully in December I will be able to submit the site to Google Adsense.
