Why don't you do Amazon affiliate? Amazon products are easy to convert than hosting.
WITHOUT website , is amazon affiliate program accept to promote ?

I actually promote Clickbank products, just decided to give this a try and besides amazon commissions are low

Of course not. Also If people will share direct affiliate link in Google Ads then ads will die. So the only way is to use Affiliate products in website.

If you do it, don't promote amazon affiliate links directly or they will ban your acc. Always use a website/landing.
That's just a reminder, people know this in general but better repeat it to be safe

I've had some luck with a similar setup using Bing and CB. Had no idea Google approved such review type ads.
I'll be watching this space and if everything goes well for you, I might be switching to Google Ads.

UPDATE!!!
This has been a great journey so far because I'm motivated about this journey
I tried to go through the review page I created on different devices and noticed it was not responsive at all and I can say all the clicks I sent to the page so far is a waste and I have spent my time tweaking the page and checking it on different devices and I think I'm ready to go
Google ads result so far and I feel the CPC is good enough but no harm in it reducing
My wish is to make a sale in the next 3 days but no harm in it coming
I'm currently looking for a method to copy click funnels pages into blogger and that would be a great thing if someone could help on this thread

Knowing how much our affiliate users are making .. sometimes I feel sorry for not been in the affiliate business myself ! Gosh we have users with X.XXX /mo (requiring) So 200$ is a sure bet.

PS: You may try multiple tunnels not only Google Ads
