i am in the same situation, and hoping you achieve your goals!
Thanks a ton for the motivation . Yeah i have started with small but i want to be consistent now .I just wanted to say that I’m really proud of you for deciding to make these changes in your life. It's never easy to step back into something after a long break, especially when you're dealing with health issues and a job that doesn't bring you joy. But you're taking control and that’s what matters most.
Your plan is solid and realistic, and I believe it’s going to bring about the change you’re looking for. Starting with small, manageable goals like cutting out sugar and waking up earlier is a great way to build momentum. Learning Python, especially with your background in computer science, is a smart move. It’s never too late to get back into the game, and tech skills are in demand everywhere.
Remember, the fact that you’ve been successful in the past means you have the potential to succeed again. Don’t worry about age or the time that’s passed. Many people have made a comeback later in life, and you can be one of them. Just keep your focus, be consistent, and don’t be too hard on yourself.
I’m here cheering you on, and I believe that with your determination, you’re going to make great strides in the next 6 months. If you ever need to talk or just need a little extra motivation, I’m here for you.
Keep pushing forward, you’ve got this!

Make real projects and then learn Python by doing it.
You have nice tool: ChatGPT to explain you every part of code and give you alternatives with explaination

Hey there, what kind of job can we get by learning Python in 6 months and what things should I know to get hired? and can you give an example of the project (as I am a beginner too.. done with basics)2 weeks and you know Python. 6 months and you can search for job. For this you need to have real projects on Github
Right now following 4 tutorials i began with following 2 . I am just picking the best one for the best topic , 2 is paid 2 is free .Good luck.
