PROGRESS:
Finally chose my niche! Past couple of days I was working on the blueprint of the site and just a few minutes ago I finished it.
It will consist of 3 sub topics (categories) and will have more than 100 articles.
Now it is time to buy a domain, hosting and begin building everything from the ground.

Did not make an update for a while, but I am still working and doing what I can to progress.
Found lots of secondary keywords for the articles and LSI words to boost relevancy.
I got some spare money today so I will be ordering first articles.

What happened over that time:
In my day job I need to sit in front of a computer all day. When I get home in the evening, my eyes are sore and brain is too tired to focus on important tasks. So I decided to work on this project before my day job. I get up at 4 am and work for 2-2.5 hours. Then in the evening I focus on easier thing and work for few more hours. And I can say it is fucking hard, but for now I do not have any other option.
My site is up with 7 articles (~16.700 words), proper silo structure and interlinking. Ordered 7 more articles.
I have a tight budget so articles are going slow. I am buying them for a cheap price (~$1/100 words) from BHW sellers and most of them are crap. Even as a non native speaker I see grammatical errors, logical mistakes (Like in one sentence it says "this toothpaste is very good for your teeth" and few sentences later it goes "do not use it, its shit"). It took a lot of time to edit them, and I am betting that I left a lot of mistakes but what the heck I will go with what I have and will make corrections along the road.
Created social profiles, need to order all of the images, profile pictures, covers etc. Also I need to think about my social engagement strategy, how to involve more people and get more exposure.
When I will upload new articles I will start working on backlinks. For now I did not do any backlinking and did not think about it.
I want to grow my Yahoo answers acc too get few clicks and links from there.
