Journey to creating a large YouTube Channel

Current counts:

SUBSCRIBERS: 20,000
VIEWS: 2,100,000
VIDEOS: 200

I am working on a lot of higher quality videos, so right now I have these suppliers:

1,000 HR Views 0.6$, 50 Shares 0.25$, 18 Comments 1$, 50 Likes (free AMF).

I will be sending this to every video meaning around 2$/video.
I am working on making around 20 - 30 videos a month.
I do gaming content and tech content.

GOAL for 2015:

SUBSCRIBERS: 50,000
VIEWS: 5,000,000
VIDEOS: 500

I am a YouTube partner, and I also use Affiliate programs to monetize.
I am aiming for 1,000$ per month.

I will be using HR Views, Likes, Comments, Shares to video.
On-page SEO I will use targetted keywords in title, description, file name, annotations and in user comments
Google SEO, I will use GSA SER+CB on a Vserver with purchased lists to rank all my videos.
