I'm using Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard OS.

Yes, I do target international audience. If you want to target by country, I think FL has that option as well, but I'm not sure how efficient is it. You can also scrape audience off some users based in your country, that might help.

I'll start with shoutouts, once I reach about 10k followers. After that, I'll build my audience until I reach 50k+ (or maybe 100k+). Then I will make a website, mobile applications and other stuff, which I haven't thought about very much.

Per day? I don't really know. I am unfollowing on account 1 and 3 right now, so can't really tell.

But on account 18, I gain 300+ per day, here are the stats for the past 5 days:

I follow 600-700 per day on that account :)
