So, I’ve just turned 27 years old, currently the managing director of a company/ pop up English language school. I have been MD of the company for around a year now working on the structure and operations of the company, Setting up the digital marketing etc. I’ll be using a number of BHW services which I feel are needed in order to boost the number of customer enquiries on our website.
· As well as Teaching Languages to Students from all around the world at the school, we also have a number of partnerships where we recruit British English language teachers for schools within China.
· Take Spanish language enthusiasts to our partner school in Spain for them to learn Spanish and culture on short excursions.
The company makes a modest amount not millions yet. There has been no digital marketing for the business until earlier this year, mainly because it hasn’t needed it however, I will be learning exactly what is needed and I will get it all started as and when I can as I go. I will also learn more about digital marketing so if anyone can recommend any tutorials it would be hugely appreciated!!!
My goal is to reach £500,000 Turnover by June 2019 which is a very reasonable target considering during the June-July we reached around £100k turnover in 60 days maximum.
The main problem I fee is that there is so much to do that things just don’t get done however hopefully this blog will keep me organised and accountable.
This blog will be very transparent as it’s not going to benefit me or anyone else if its full of fluff.
Tasks
· Complete Website (BHW Freelance).
· Write content for digital brochure
· Have brochure complete by Brochure Designer (BHW vendor)
· Start all Social Media accounts and research foreign Social media platforms which will be needed.
· Create and source content for the Social media accounts. 1 post every other day minimum
If there is anything you guys think I should be doing or something you feel I'm doing wrong id also appreciate it, my background is in Science so right now I'm like a sponge absorbing whatever is helpful.
