Journey to 5000 unique visitors/day

Hey guys,i'm a noob in online marketing and i need your advice regarding my new website.Exactly 10 days ago,i started a humor site using the Wlol script,it's a Damnlol clone,strictly on humor(photos+gif's).On the 8th day,the website got to 1200 unique visitors/day and since then,it stayed there(avg anywhere between 1100-1200/daily),with a bounce rate of little over 80%.All of the traffic is coming from social media:Stumbleupon(mostly),Reddit and Facebook.My question is:how can i increase the traffic up to 5000 uv/day?I know that humor websites have a low CTR so i don't want to monetise it until i get pass this number of visitors and i also know that i can't do much with keywords,since there isn't much written content.Any advice will be greatly appreciated .

that's awesome if you got 12000 unique hits. How do you drive traffic from social media? Care to share ?

I didn't really got 12000,i have a total of 6000 so far,since i only get 1200 a day for the last couple of days.When i started the website i got a few hundreds daily.There isn't anything super special about driving this amount of traffic,i spend some time on stumbleupon with more accounts,so most of the traffic comes from there,a couple of visitors come from reddit and very few of them come from facebook.One of the problems is that the facebook fan page isn't getting enough fans,even though i try to stay active there as welll,i have no idea how can i promote it more.....so i can't expect a lot of traffic from fb anytime soon.I need to find a way to get more traffic from other social media sites,i can't rely on stumbleupon alone...

You already identified that your FB page has an issue that you haven't resolved yet. Work on that first I'd suggest. Just concentrate a little bit on one area at a time if you're having difficulty focusing.

I do agree though in spreading your 'warez' to as big a market as you can is a good approach if it's struggling to find traction. Keep at it - you'll find the vital ingredient to that particular audience at some point and it should take hold. Main thing though is not to let it go by the wayside. Try not thinking of it as one of many sites, rather put yourself in the frame of mind that it's your only site and your baby... just for a few weeks of dedication to ironing out the fanpage problem.

I'd probably seriously also consider attempting diversifying your traffic sources from social too, but that depends on the site and strategy (it may be the most appropriate and efficient source in this instance), but don't underestimate other sources. 5k / day is naff all if you focus.

Thanks for your response,is there any....blackhat method i can use to get more Fb followers?What about twitter and pinterest?I know these are fast growing social sites,there must be something to be made with them.
