Journey to 5000$/month with (mostly) PPI

What I did:
So... after mass ban on 18/02 I wanted to put all videos online as fast as I can without much caring about the reason of mass ban. But that was a bad move. In the evening I had almost all my videos back online but accounts started to die and by the morning I was left with maybe 50 or 100 only videos online on YT (and 2/3k on Dailymotion but traffic is nothing compared to the traffic from YT).

I was so pissed off on 20/02, felt like giving up, so I took almost the whole day off. In the evening I started to tweak my script and try to optimize the way I am creating accounts, making a developer key for each account now and uploading way slow than I used to.

I started also to upload from my own PC a small list (2,5k videos) of the top performing niches, to have some kind of "backup" if they're targeting VPS IP.

I got 60 PVAs accounts and I'm using those on my VPS, they're good quality and they are lasting longer than accounts I created manually in general.

As for today, some accounts got deleted, but I'm quite happy for now, maybe today I can get over 100$ again.
Last week I was quite sure to reach my goal this month, but now I don't know...
About earnings with RevenYou being lower, now that I see stats, I can tell that they are, indeed. Have no idea why, maybe they changed offers inside the installer and these are paying less (although today earnings seems better).

Good news is that I got a user who bought a premium 1 year subscription from me on ul.to last year and this year he renewed, so I got 45,49€ more on ul.to earnings on 20/02.

Are the Ul.to earnings from people buying premium? OR, do they pay you per download?

I don't understand why ul.to would pay you to have users direct download files.

Users never see their site, advertisting, etc. so how do/can they make money ?

What am I missing out on here ? It would seem to me that many users are NOT getting a direct DL otherwise you'd have no earnings.

Wouldn't be the 1st time I was wrong, but doesn't make sense - can you help explain ?

btw - tnx for putting up with all the insane questions on this thread in general - I would just ignore anything that's already been answered.

I have tested several times from a non-autenthicated PC (meaning I was not logged in with my premium account) and the download is direct.

i am also having some troubles after losing all my accounts i purchased 60 PV avvounts but not even 10 minutes after even just uploading 10 videos to one i get the we have noticed suspicious activity on your account please verify...

With ul.to, affiliates earn both per download (up to 40 euros per 1000 downloads - top tier countries and filesize from 100 MB to 1 GB) and per premium account bought trough one of your links (75% initial sale, 65% rebill).

It's correct, they don't see advertising on my file since I activated direct download. But I'm paying with my commissions (or I would've paid by credit card) the service I'm giving my users... since you have a certain amount of "hybrid traffic" that is used to give non premium users (the people who download files from me) the chance to direct download. I think that most of ul.to users don't even know they have this option.

You still have a profit by doing this, but still it's not something they give you "for free". If your traffic is not good enough, (top countries), you'll have to pull out credit card from your pocket to pay for this (never happened to me, "average" traffic can pay for itself).

Ul.to is one of the most used file sharing hosting that pays for download after the - almost - death of free file sharing (megaupload -> filesonic, fileserve) back in 2012. If it might be true that people download my files "for free and fast", they will for sure stumble on a warez file hosted on ul.to and they'll have advertising, slow speed, etc.

So for 1 file downloaded for free from me, they'll have 10 non-directdownload files that they'd wish to download with premium account. And this is how I sold some premium accounts last year (even if I didn't even focus on getting sales, I was happy getting 3/4 euros per day from downloads only - I was spreading my files to 1 warez blog and sometimes a premium sale came in).

On the VPS I'm reuploading 99 videos per account.
On my PC, I started reuploading random number of accounts (from 40 to 60) to see if not having the same amount of videos on each account would make any difference, and after finding out that accounts get banned anyway, I am now uploading 70 videos per account.
I'd like to lower it to 20, but first I'll finish upload all 2,5K videos of this list and then reupload deteled accounts in sets of 20 videos.

What I did:
Uploading and uploading and uploading... and reuploading .-.
Nothing much goin' on, just me swearing at Big G each time a bunch of accounts get banned.
But somehow I'm getting some accounts to stick (VPAs and manually created). I'm still trying to figure out if there's a pattern in bans... in sets of 5 accounts I create per IP (each one with its API key), just 1 stay alive... so I will now get a new IP and a new API key for each account. Made 18 accounts with this method 6 hours ago, been using them to upload during the night, they are all still alive. Let's see how long they will last (and if they will get mass banned).

Could you please elaborate on the "API" you are using for each account? What is the API for/how do you get it?

If you're referring to the YouTube API tool for developers...man I feel stupid for asking this question:P

yeah don't give up irish! My friend informed me who sell views that there will be another youtube update within 2-4 days. I hope our videos will stick. Looks like it will be another mass ban

I think that's a good idea since I had one video for PPI with MK and I managed to bank $40 in one day with only that one video. If I was smart, I would upload more of those and bank like a boss. Anyways, good job. Keep the money coming.

Yes, I am planning to move to quality videos, but I'll start next month, I'll keep doing mass uploading for the rest of this month and if I don't reach my goal, I will keep updating this thread in march also, including HQ videos stats

It just makes easier for me to upload.
I read around people saying that using API would just harm your account, but I'm sure that if you do it using multiple keys, YouTube have more troubles linking all your accounts. I think it always come down to how accounts are created (and yes, maybe API keys), but it's not the API itself.
 
What is your conversion rate ? Mine is around 53-55% on revenyou using gaming hacks niches.

Why do you even use youtube api? Just got mass video blaster and i plan to manually create my accounts like i used to, add them to MVB and blast? Why do i even need api? Never used api before just asking :)
