How long did it take to get accepted to revenyou ?
I applied on monday 21th but did not send one hit yet when i saw you need to be approved ?
In fact if i recall, it was saying that i could send 100 installs or something like that ?

- Right, I have automated the creation of videos by making a slideshow using php and ffmpeg, the same script also uploads the video to youtube using their api
- nope, I have some "kind" of niches in Youtube and a different one on dailymotion (to test traffic and how much an account stay alive) so video amount is not the same
My videos are just a slideshow of the software / game / whatever.
Featured apps are "premade" apps made by RevenYou containing their applications (like games or media converters, etc).
In add your app you can create your application by giving it a name you choose, include an exe file of your choice etcetera (look my previous post in this thread, I explain how I created my app).
Now I am working like 3/4 hours per day, the most time consuming part is making YT accounts.

I got the confirmation email almost immediately, don't know if they changed registration terms...

Yes, with 2/3 images of the software/game/whatever, loop them with ffmpeg and put an intro with "check description to get the download link"

Sure it will work! I am planning to make less and better vids in the future, too
Yes, it's normal. Usually they approve the app within 1/2 days. In the meantime you can start to promote your app, but you will get credited max100 installs, until it gets approved

thanks manI don't exactly understand how this PPI works, sorry for the newbie questions, I have plenty of experience with CPA/PPD, so tell me, after you have an account on a PPI website, you are choosing an offer to promote? (install) And you said that you make a vb application for your niche and make them install the offer you got from your PPI network in order for the vb application to work? Won't they see that the thing they are installing is completely unrelated to the niche you were promoting? Sorry for the stupid questions, wishing you good luck in your journey.
You can choose to promote an application from the network you're working for or make an application on your own. In this case, you can name your application like "Installer" or "Setup". When a user launches the installer, they have to accept the agreement. Only "smart" users will read the whole thing, most of them will just click "accept" 'cause they can't wait to get the crack/keygen/software/game you're promising them, we rely on them
They don't pay me to promote my software, they pay me a % of the revenue of all the adaware (browser bars, additional software) that they budle with my software.
