Hey,
I found a niche in Germany. KWFinder has a difficulty of 19/ so I think it is pretty easy to get good rankings and traffic.
The search volume is around 3000-4000 Monthly Searches.

My plan is it to set up a Shop using woocommerce and selling my products.

What I already did:

Bought Domain + Hosting

What I need to do:

- Setting up the store
- importing Products
- Adwords and FB Ads

I will update this post weekly or if something interessting is going on.

Make sure the keyword is low competition. Analyse the competitors metrics before move
 
As I said the Keyword Competition isnt that much. I see not really a competion however KWFinder give 19 difficulty so I think its pretty easy
 
Update:
I set Up my Shop and added a 5 Products. Also I set up my adwords Ads with 10€/Day in this specific niche. Now I am waiting for any results.
 
I dont really have a budhet plan. But i do not want to spend more than 50€/Month.

I spend right now
8$/Month Hosting
10$/year Domain
10€/Day in Ads for the first 3 Days!

So if I see the Ads bring results, I will leave them cause I will make profit if not I try other Ads variation. But I think I am in a niche when someone is searching on this this person will probaly buy this product.
 
Following this journey as well and hoping you will succeed OP. Without investing money, you should be prepared to invest a lot of effort into and sunk a lot of time that may or may not work in the end.
 
Thank you I will try my best, anyway now I am still waiting for any results, cause I am promoting my niche only in Germany. So I will still keep you all updatet if there is anything new around my Ads and if they are converting.
 
You should try to add a Instagram page promoting the items from the webshop :) free traffic which probably will lead to more sales aswell
 
Good luck for your journey. I live in germany and want to start promoting our software. So i have a good advice to you. If you're selling digital goods like ebooks, software and other stuff to customers which are located in europe you have to pay a tax called VAT (value added tax) in every country where your customer lives.

But you wrote that you're importing physical goods. So maybe you dont have to care about it. But if your importing items from outside the EU to a country which is in the EU (like Germany or France) please inform your customers that they have to pay import duty as well as import VAT if the item price + shipping is more than amount x.
