Right now i think the most easiest way i could save up the 2k$ is with Jointventures, because i dont have any connections to people so i would have trouble finding freelance projects or even getting a decent amount. What are your thoughts? I also have some intermediate skills like Graphic Design, UI/UX, Software Development & Web Development, Automations, but where i would consider me decent or atleast somewhat professional is at web, software and automations.

did you tried upwork and other freelancer network
 
Im graphic designer too. I open a new topic soon about graphic design and videos. I also do this job another forum.
I suggest you join fiverr communities.
