Hey guys! It's TheFreshPrince here, and I am back at it with a whole new plan. In the past I have started multiple journey threads only to find that I either stop posting, or move on from the project before finishing. This time around I've got a much better plan and a clearer idea of what I am doing. I'm not a writer but I'll try to keep my posts clear and to the point.
Anyways, my goal is $200,000 by December 31st, 2016. Yep, that's about $550 every day for 365 days. And sure, I'm not going to make $550 today. I'm probably not going to make it for the next few weeks, which means I will need to make much more after my streams of income are set setup.

What's new this time around?
- I've pre-made my plan so I have a general idea of exactly what I am going to do on a weekly basis.
- I'm no longer exploiting AdSense. Quick money is good but I want to build something reliable.
- I got my Real Estate License and am working in Boston, MA. Should bring me extra income to use in my IM projects.
- I have a girlfriend. She keeps me relaxed but DAMN that ass is distracting. Hopefully she will help me stay focused.
- This time around I will not quit. I am at a point in my life where I am changing a lot about myself. I am on a new diet, hitting the gym hard, and setting up my future in investment banking.
About Me:
- I just turned 21.
- I'm studying Finance and Economics with a concentration in Investments
- I played D1 Football
- I grew up on a small Island called Martha's Vineyard
The Plan:
The plan is to make $100 per day from 6 streams OR $50 per day from 11 streams. Obviously the lower the amount of streams the better, the plan right now is for 7 streams but we will see as time goes by.
I'll try to get one or two steams added every week. To do this I will spend 2-3 hours per day setting them up. I'll spend another two-three hours on generating traffic. Every day I will devote 1-2 hours to the gym. Tomorrow I go on a new diet so the plan is to get to 10-15% Body Fat in the next 2 months.
I'll be making all of the money for this journey from Adsense, Real Estate, and Flipping Sites.
Traffic will hopefully come from Pop Ups, Pop Unders, Tab Unders, Facebook Pages, Instagram, Twitter, PPC, Banners and Media Buys. At the moment I don't have too much to invest, but I am getting really busy with real estate and I should have quite a bit to invest in the near future. Until then, I'll be going the free route and just find away at it.
The plan in three sentences: I am building a huge authority website in the finance/lifestyle/millennial niche which will be my main source of income. Along side that I would build many other authority and niche sites, on good keywords, which I will earn from passively then flip for 12-24x monthly profit. Lastly, I will be pushing forward my career in Real Estate to help fund more web properties.
What I Have Done:
- Started my main Authority Site in the Finance/Millennial Niche.
- I have an intern who is writing for me free of charge. The only problem is I only get work from them once a week or every two weeks. I think I have an idea as to how to get more for this project.
- No adsense up yet, will put it up with the next post.
- Verbally closed a real estate deal today. Hopefully will sign paperwork this week. Commission will be $1,250.
- Created MNS to a client for $150
- Client above referred me to his client, going to make another $150.
- I have picked out a niche for my second authority site. Should be able to rank quickly and make at least $5-10/day very soon.
What I will do next:
- Finish adding all the remaining pages to the Finance Site
- Close the Real Estate Deal
- Close the deal with the Client's Client
- Finish the second Authority site in the Health & Fitness Niche
