I don't know how to get al technical, so my bad. Here it is:

I am Looking to get going with a health related blog. My main goal is to make it to 1k a day as daily visits (I don't care about money atm)

Things I've done so far;

- Bought an expired domain with decent metrics (da/pa 22/30)
- Installed WordPress - With just the basic template
- Research for the past few days for articles/content (lots of them from archive.org)

Things which are coming the next few weeks;

Create a Facebook page and start building it.
Post at least one article every second day for the first month.
After the first month I will start buying high quality content for low comp. Keywords, Practically trying to secure the daily visits.

I will update this thread once I will get going with the heavy content. I will be looking for 1000-1500 Articles once I have the "stolen" content in.

I mainly made this thread to have a bit of motivation for the bad days and in case someone wants to pitch in with Ideas or share some knowledge, you're welcome.

why did you have to search archive.org as part of your research?

following the journey! and all the very good luck to you.

could you share the sources you purchased expired domain from?

How do you intend to steal content? are you planning on using archive.org to dig up content from dead sites?

I am just starting out like you, when driving traffic I like the idea of having better than the basic wordpress theme, build up something original on top of the theme. Also outsourcing the writing part (with a really well researched order) then I run it through semrush content writer. Then share it on social media.

That is my plan I'm putting place. Cost a little bit of money but my time is money and this site will actually rank up nicely. Archive.org is interesting using skyscraper technique is probably better for ranking...

Ecaluate well the Healt niche, Google like authority, not only the site, the actually people that write the content
