This thread is being created for self-accountability. Truthfully I'm pretty lazy when it comes to action but I'm clear on the goals I want. By publicising my goals I want to be held to scrutiny, to visualise my progress and have a sense of orientation. I've had the idea in my mind for long enough but I need results.

I want to achieve an income of $100k per year. I don't care how I get there.

$100k is enough for me to comfortably cover my living costs, taxes and invest the rest.

My big goal is: I want to get a net worth of $500k (28% of the way there) over the next few 5 years. Invested in the S&P500, each year $500k will grow at $50k. Given that I have no intention of cashing out anytime soon, that's a huge amount of unrealised growth each year. I refer to this as the second funnel.

Everything else is just a means to an end.

As I said earlier, I don't care how I get there but I also want to be smart about it. If I did 70 hour workweeks that's more than plausible but at what cost?

I'm not allergic to doing the hard yards. I'm not trying to make money exclusively online like others here. My job (scary!) gets me 40% of the way there. My side hustles in the past have provided me about $15-20k a year but this year I'm looking at about $10k. The question then becomes how can I get another $50k or $1000 a week primarily online? It's not impossible. I know how to make money online already. It's just a matter of clarity and then doing the work itself.

I don't wish to reveal my current side hustles but they've something I've done for years and they're reliable for me. However scale is essentially impossible due to the size of the market. I tried many years ago to 10x and grow it but it's just not possible for the niche. Still, to make between $10k to $20k each year is a nice bonus for not much effort. But that isn't the means to this end.

Primarily I want to focus on selling online courses. I've done well to attract views on TikTok but I'm limited to how I can monetise it. Creator Rewards aren't available in my location. The TikTok shop isn't serious money nor does anything sold there relate to my niche. I've had 500,000 views on TikTok over the last 60 days (with some breakout videos). Assuming a POOR ratio of 100,000 views to 1 sale, that's potentially a few hundred dollars I've missed out on there. Even at 50k views to achieve 1 sale, I'm dumb to not monetise this. My virality isn't a fluke either as I've had multiple videos enter the tens of thousands. My problem isn't obtaining attention, it's monetising it.

Secondarily, I'm lightly considering OFM. Growing up, I used to do eWhoring on Kik way back when. Indirectly I know how to "sell porn". I have no actual experience on OF but I have no problem bullshitting to a girl. Will this even work? I'm not sure but I would like to try approach a few girls and see if I can get a cut of their revenue. I have a private plan written up for how I'll handle this.

There's a reserve option for me that I'm 50/50 on. This is more of the "break glass in emergency" option that I'll keep up my sleeve in case my other hustles start to irreversibly fuck up. Creating porn. If I want to live in Eastern Europe or South East Asia, I'll consider this option. I'm inspired by a local pornstar who has done well. I've studied his business model and could see myself replicating it. Creators like Trike Patrol do insanely well. I could start off by uploading the porn I have made with my ex.

I'm constantly searching for ideas and opportunities but action is equally as important. Mentally I know what I need to do at this point, I just need to put in the action.

Currently I don't think I'm offering enough value out there. This journey is to fix that and create action which will lead to outcomes. The best time to fix something is now.

To get started on this: in May I made $5070. 61% of my goal achieved.

if you already got 500k views on tiktok in two months you are wasting your time even thinking about starting OFM or the other stuff. managing creators is a massive headache and basically a full time job... definitely not worth the stress if you are admittedly lazy.

if you have the traffic just monetize that first. you dont even need a full course yet. just make a simple 10 page pdf guide or a checklist and sell it for 15 or 20 bucks. put a link in your bio using a pre-sell bridge page or a redirect domain so tiktok doesnt shadowban you. once you prove people will actually buy then you can spend the time building the actual course.

traffic is always the hardest part of the funnel and you already got it. seems crazy to start from scratch on something else when you have eyeballs right now.
