For past year I've only leeched this forum but now it's time to give something back so I decided to write my own journal.
I am 21 years old and right now I have some money saved up + ability to invest at least additional $1000-$2000/month. My 1-2 years goal is to be making $10k / month but my long term goal is to move to India/Philippines or even Thailand and outsource 95% of all the work. Even now when I am just starting I will try to outsource as much work as possible.
Here is list of things I currently plan to do(will add more things to the list later):
MNS:
a1: I already have about 13 1 year old MNS sites with original content -> I want to re-examine them and start building links.
a2: Start at least 10 new MNS sites each month.
a3: Figure out if it will be more profitable to keep building and keeping those sites or to just flip them.
Authority sites:
b1:Create about 5 different authority sites in high paying niches.
b2:First steep will be to find good domains(maybe even look at aged ones).
Web hosting:
I already have a lot of experience in webhosting since I owned&sold medium web hosting company about 2 years ago. Goal here is not to create new company but buy existing one with good reputation and expand it.
I will be starting with these 3 things, additionally I want to get into affiliate/email marketing and in few months when I get contacts with good workers I will probably be starting SEO company.

I already have VPS setup with scrapebox/senuke/xrumer and pretty much every other usable tool and will start working on them today.

Few things that I've read a lot of different things about and I am not completely sure about and would appreciate your input:
1: Should I track all my websites with one google analytics ? I've heard a lot of different opinions on this matter and some claim that this is easy way for google to track&penalize you.
2: Where can I find good people for keyword research ? While I think outsourcing content writing is good I worry that if I hire someone to find keywords they will keep good keywords to themselves and give me average ones
3: I am not sure how to track my serp rankings... Market Samurai is very slow and I hear you can get banned on google for using it a lot while websites that do this tend to get very expensive (especially for amount of keywords I wan't to track)
4: This one is kinda long shot... Does anyone currently employ Indian/Filipino workers full time ONLY via internet and can give me some advice on where to find them etc?
