Whats up guys, it's Houston.

I've been in IM for quite some time now. Mainly found success on Fiverr, but I think its time to move on.

My goal is to build 2 or 3 amazon affiliate websites and bank with them.

I already have 1 website built, it's fresh and in Technology niche. Already has a few articles on it (one of the articles is on page 4 with no backlinks).

Addition to that I started a YouTube channel as I'm planning to make various tutorials to get more traffic and maybe sales.

I feel comfy with writing the content for this site by myself even though English is not my first language.

Now for the second website... I'll buy keywords and the content. Then just build a site around that and monetize it. Simple as that.

To reach my goal I only need to average $33 per day.

HOWEVER the first problem is that I suck at keyword research, I can't find a keyword with decent amount of searches with low competition in that technology niche.

That said I'm also new to link building, but I'm doing and learning something everyday.

I think that's it at right now.

I'm open to any suggestions,

Peace.

Fiverr is no passive long term income so glad you changed.

How are things going?

Keyword research is pretty much one of the core foundations of your site. So, it is crucial for you to spend either your time or money (hiring experts)for it.
There are a couple sellers in BHW. go through their reviews and contact the seller make a decision for it.
I would suggest you dig around for any knowledge about it and do it yourself tho.

Anyway Good Luck with your journey

$1,000/month is doable. You could try testing some services of KW reseach in BSTif you're not good at it. But, I guess you at least need to have concept about KW Competitiveness in order to judge the keywords get from services.

Anyways, good luck with your journey mate!

Best of luck, once you get 1 site down, others should come easier :)
Just keep at it and learn from mistakes and fix them

good luck for your journey mate. You will achieve your goal mate. keep the thread update.

Thanks y'all for good wishes.

Fiverr was good when I started two years ago, it was easy and decent income. I still use it but it's not a priority for me.

Trying those couple sellers right now. I'm also learning about it and putting to test myself.

UPDATE

I've got a bit of extra $$$ to spend. Tried 1 day trial on SEMRush and now I'm planning on buying Pro because this tool is pretty amazing.

Using it I found a couple of keywords with low competition and I'm writing articles for those already.

By the end of January I'd like to have at least 10 articles on the website. Currently there's 4.

Also I'm analyzing my competition on Google using Moz and SEOquake, are there any tools that do it better and would save time?

Why fiverr isnt good idea? YOu can earn a lot of if you keeep your clients satisfied.

I'm not abandoning it, just allocating less time for it.

Regarding KW research, I've been looking in to different tools, I also found traffic travis and KWFinder, any experience with those?

UPDATE 26/01/2016

Right now I'm writing content for my first website.

And going to buy amazon keywords from sellers here to begin working on my seconds website. If the keywords are good, might buy them in bulk.

UPDATE 01/02/2016

Articles are up. But over last week I had a few epiphanies.

Starting with that the niche I'm in, written content isn't really engaging therefore I'll be making YouTube videos and driving traffic from there.

Now just need to think how to create and engaging video in the first place...

I've tested some keyword sellers and I wasn't particularly impressed, so I've learned more about keyword research and decided not to buy keywords at all.

Also I've been doing some offline marketing for selling my service in technology niche and landed a client.

PROFIT: 100€

I wonder how much would your videos add traffic to the website. Guess those might be a gamechanger. Please keep us updated!
