Journey to $10,000 a month using Flippa.

Ok so I've been a long time lurker to BHW and decided to finally join in the fun and see if I can help anyone out.

I've been in IM a long time but I recently wanted to try different methods and came across the darren9682 Flippa thread and thought I would give it a go.

His method was creating turnkey businesses with the twist of making yourself a supplier. But I wont be doing that. I will just be listing sites but adding other value to the turnkey sites first.

They will still have no visits, no revenue, no pagerank, no alexa NOTHING. Just brand new one day flips.

Feb 28th
Registered three SEO based domains.
Registered for Hosting Package.

Built and listed a site on Flippa
I use short one day listings as to be honest I hate waiting for money to be made.

March 1st
Built two more websites and listed one. Will list the other on the 2nd.

March 2nd
Listed the other website.

All three have sold with my twist and my premade template that I just switch colors around and BOOM! new site.

Total Income $1480
Total Expenses $70

Not bad for three days but I have to make around 25 sites a month to get to my $10,000 goal.

What premise template are you using? And are you putting any content? Also, are these ecommerce sites or just landing pages ?

I do place some content yes. They are Turnkey Sales / Information sites.

The template I made myself. I just change colors upload and go.

To be honest, I'd be quite interested in what the twist is, and your process of listing on flippa etc..

Are you following somebody else's method, wso etc or is it purely yours.

Just something I thought of. I don't read WSO's as they are junk most times so can't say for sure if it's ever been done before or not.

A lot of people just list turnkey services. SEO based ones have been done to death but the SEO niche is still huge.

So I decided to enter the SEO with a different type of turnkey business.

Never found any theme to do what I wanted so made my own and boom!

The same reason why people spend $500 for a phone when there are others that do the same for $150

It's all in the presentation.

Besides this is a turnkey business that can be monetized with Adsense, Clickback, Amazon etc as well as selling personal services. So it's not "Empty"

And if you class designing custom made website templates and coding in monitization methods as "baby tasks" then go and do it. Not everyone can do that.

People who buy these websites are businessmen. Not designers.

I suggest you either try it, or just dont offer an opinon on something you haven't.

Leave that to me and the others who are willing to try it out.

Done that in the past and had issues with trolling blackhatters.

So for now I'm protecting my design, listings, sales copy etc

$10,000/ 25 sites = $400. Do you plan to sell each site for $400?

Each site must has revenue or traffic so you can sell it for $400 each.

What, you read just the first 3 lines of text? There are THREE screenshots showing he sold websites $500/each.

OP, what is the starting price if you don't mind sharing?
