Journey thread about freelancing prohibited?

I know that there are fairly explicit rules about selling things in a Journey Thread, so I was wondering If a Journey thread about becoming an established freelancer would be against the rules. Didn't know who to ask so I figured I'd just ask in the Lounge and get answers from veterans / staff members.
