Most if not all people will not realise that they are being charged. However such one flow pin submit are getting harder to work on as telco tightens their business process and requires 2 flow or at least a confirmation that the user is aware that they are being charged.

Note: IP is not a problem with Wechat or lines. Meaning low cost on IP. But you need lots of numbers as each number can only register for one account. You need multiple pictures so that your profile look real. I have tried with promoting other offers but none work except adult/dating on Wechat. So I gave up since I am not into this niche.

I am getting my staff to work on Etsy/ Ebay/ Amazon currently. Contacting seller there.

Etsy: I contact seller to supply them raw materials to make their products. Example, buttons, zippers, small cheap items which the seller need.
Ebay/ Amazon (tougher as a lot will be done to pricing): Find hot selling product and source out cheaper alternatives. Then I buy sample which will then be delivered to seller to inspect on quality.

Both model focus on supplying in bulk and low marketing cost. But alot of hardwork as you will meet a lot of people who will ignore you. I find that this model makes better money than trying to ''spam' for free traffic and monetizing using CPA.

Did you root your android? You can still fake location if you root your device. But usually you use private proxies with different cities location. The thing with wechat is that the traffic is targeted for adult niche. Alot of escort are running their business there.

1) Following/ Unfollowing rate need to be reduce further. I am currently doing only 1-3 per 15min to avoid the account locked for reverification issue
2) Twitter has implemented security for anti spamming when you try to follow specific account followers or DM them. You can still bulk DM or follow when you use hashtag but you will get action limitation issue when you try to follow the followers of specific account
3) At the moment I have to modify this method and uses 10k twitter accounts to post with different hashtag to get traffics and not relying so much on following/unfollowing due to the restriction impose by twitter which causes ROI to drop further.
4) Surprisingly running 10k twitter accounts using single residential proxy does not get account banned. It does get limitation and you need to reenter the phone number but account does not get blacklisted nor banned.
5) I am posting 2 messages per twitter account so I guess this is why account is not banned, maybe someone with more experiences on this can comment.
6) Average, depending upon the hashtag used, I get roughly about 2-50 visitors. So the choice of hashtag matters.

My ROI has dropped 90% after twitter implemented these changes and I have to modify the method further now to get better ROI.
