[Journey] starting Chaturbate and Stripchat affiliate programs

I have completely switched to Stripchat instead of Chaturbate over the past week. Overall, it’s a better platform for me, especially because of the stats they provide (you can use three different tracking codes in one link). They also prioritize cams from your country on the landing page, which really helps with conversions in non-English-speaking countries. However, I’ve found that some small niches on Chaturbate don’t work on Stripchat, so once I start making money, I’ll be back.

I've been really happy with StripChat so far, but after someone in this thread mentioned it, I started looking into the Streamate/Cambuilder affiliate program. It sounded amazing because they supposedly offer $30 per user joined, plus a permanent rev share in one program. However, you can't access that form of rev share from the start. After speaking with support, I found out that you need to get around 50 registered users first, and then the payout can go up to $30, depending on how much the referred users spend.

I tried it for about two days but didn’t get any conversions at all. After spending around $20, I found out about the LiveJasmin affiliate program (also called AWE Empire). It also offers a combined rev share + per-user payout: $3.50 for Tier 1, $2.50 for Tier 2, and $1 for Tier 3 countries, with at least a 20% permanent rev share. For now, I’m still averaging about $2 spend per user overall since I’m still testing different traffic sources. That is with traffic from T1,T2 and T3 countrys.

I should be able to make this affiliate program profitable on registration, which is exciting because it’s getting frustrating after spending around $250 on traffic for these platforms. I’ve also tried casino and other niches, spending another ~$250, but with no results at all.

For now, I’m going to focus on cam affiliates since they should be profitable in the long run. I’m really looking forward to completing the last step of verification for my LiveJasmin account. My plan is to focus on my working strategies in Tier 1 and Tier 2 countries there while using StripChat to test new ones, as their statistics tool is fantastic.

I also have a question: Is it okay to post my links to the affiliate programs I recommend and use in my posts, or is this kind of self-advertisement not allowed, or looked down on?

Hello, friends,

I have completely switched to AWEmpire (LiveJasmin.com), and so far, it has been amazing!

I spent about $160 on ads, and I'm already profitable. There is also a lot of optimization still possible because LiveJasmin has an insane difference in conversions for different countries (or some of my traffic sources might be botted in certain countries).

Overall, I'm really happy with the switch to AWEmpire. It has basically the same tracking functions as StripCash, and the PPLR program I'm using (20%+ AND $3.50 in T1, $2.50 in T2) pays better than StripCash (20%) and Chaturbate (20% OR $1 per T1 country, $0.10 per T2 country) combined!

Another big step will be registering a business to save on the 19% VAT I have to pay on ads, but I'm not sure if it's really worth it this early.

I'm just really happy to finally be profitable, even if it's not much right now.
 
This journey has been truly inspiring so far. Kudos to you for taking action and achieving success early on! I really admire your approach of experimenting with different networks and embracing change. By the way, is that popup traffic? Just curious because promoting adult offers on traditional advertising platforms can be tricky unless you’ve mastered cloaking. Keep up the great work!

P.S. - Never mind, I missed the first paragraph. Guess this is what happens when you start drinking a bit too early in the day. :D

I also received my first payment on March 16th (using fast payout) of €336, which includes a $75 bonus and used that to purchase a Membership here.
I haven’t changed much since the start of the month and have mainly been collecting data. Yesterday, I culled some low-performing campaigns and increased spending on the profitable ones.

I knew within the first two or three days of doing the Chaturbate stuff that it had the potential to be profitable. It’s been really nice to see how well it suddenly started working.

That's really good mate, Are you planning to go back to Chaturbate and StripCash once you have more budget ?

Are you still using the same traffic sources you mentioned at the beginning of your journey?

No, their revenue share is only 20%, whereas on AWEmpire, if I choose only revenue share, it’s at least 35%. The only other site I’m considering is CamBuilder (Streamate.com), since it also offers 35% and has interesting mixed program options. Because AWEmpire is also based in Europe, like me, it seems like the better option. I know relying on just one website is risky, but I might try to meet some of their staff at a convention or trade show to connect with an actual person working there. Hopefully, this will help minimize the risk of getting randomly banned.

Good luck with your journey! You are doing great job… On cambuilder, options other than 35% revshare, you have to transfer your domain ownership if you would go with whitelabel
 
I have couple of questions... Which source ad network works better RichAds or TrafficJunky? Are you targeting desktop or mobile or both? Are you using custom banner or banners that provided by program?

They both work; they are just different, and you can't transfer any learnings from one to the other. I primarily target Desktop but have recently started on mobile as well. However, all the spenders so far have been on PC, so I’ll have to see how it goes. I usually start with the provided material and then try to create custom ones. I will have to outsource this soon, though, because my graphic skills are not great, and it’s really frustrating work for me.

Try a variety of things on a small scale and continue only if they prove to be profitable.
