I ran multiple sites and tried multiple content creation methods (hired writers, used scrapers and wrote articles in my own) and now I want to try things differently, as the quality I was getting wasn't great, so I'm going to use AI to create and generate the articles for my new project.
What's the game plan?
The first step is doing KW search, I already did this. The KW's will be low to mid-comp and the volume of each KW will be between 200 and 600 searches per month. The whole goal of the project it's to get a site to 50,000 views per month than to sell it for 40x of how much it will be making, I expect between $750 and $1000, but we will see. Also, the domain it's an expired one.
How I will monetize?
The domain it's already accepted to AdSense, but I will also throw some affiliate offers that are related to my niche.
What tools will I use?
A couple, I found the expired domain using SpamZilla, I will generate content using Pragno Ai and I have done my KW research using Ahrefs.
