[Journey] starting ad network in microniche

I have been involved in lead sales for a long time, and I have several clients who are willing to buy in bulk.

My main lead source is SEO, since it is a challenging job I can't expand as fast as I would like to, so I thought that I can buy leads from other sites and sell them to my clients for a better price.

The idea is to create a micro-advertising network where I can buy advertising from websites and sell to my clients.

To get started I need:

1. Minimal CRM system - I will create it myself, it will take 2-3 weeks;
2. Website owners who will display advertisements. It will not be easy to find them as I have no contacts and will have to start from 0. I plan to start checking the google top 10 for relevant keywords and just send an email with an offer to join my advertising network.
3. Promote tools, 2-3 landings, and HTML widgets with the possibility to change parameters (color, text size and etc.)

Advantages:
I have clients who are willing to buy leads for a good price

Disadvantages:
I don't have partners who are willing to sell leads

I will try to post updates here at least once a week about my progress.

You suggest that instead of creating an ad network, it is better to do media buying ?
