[Journey] Starting a Newsletter From Scratch

Lanny Rachitsky who is famous ,he builds a 100.000 subscribers Email list within 1 year without spend on ads. How he done this?

Once i calculated these all but end of the day i saw too expensive to run and profit is minimum so I dropped the idea but will follow you so I can see some profit and then can jump on

Analyze how Twitter and IG influencer doing this, (or done it the last 2 years) build organic followers quickly in the 10k,20k,30k range (30k-50k within 1 year) , the have systems implemented to get newsletter subscribers, they not using substack or something. This method wkrs best for X and IG not so the quick way (quick conversaitons too) for FB:
