This is Sanjit from India and i got what problem you are facing..
Facebook takes care that all new apps are not spammy kind of for them so they usually delete it if they even see minor suspicion .. Maybe you should hit a try of using old apps if any of your friends have it :)

I might be of help for promoting your application .. moreover i have few old apps that are of no use to me i will give it to you for free.. come in conversation via PM :)

Bro i dont think my apps are spammy bcso i m doing everything with user's permission they have to choose if they want the app to upload imge and tagg friends or not
 
Maybe you didn't undurstand their rule. When user allow app, that app must not automaticlly upload picture on his wall or post on his wall or what ever premissions you gived. After allowing app, there must be a button or something else so when user want to publish that on his wall he will click that button and publish by him self not an autimatic way of app. I dont know if you understand me but thats whitehat app.

exactly :) i know what u r talking about. and that's what i m doing in asking user's explicit permission even after they have allowed the app to do so . otherwise FB wudnt have given me back my 3 apps that got banned earlier. :)
 
Some update:

As of now i have total 12 phototagging app which are funny and cool but the problem is i cant make them to spread. its going very slow :( the most has 500 users which is too bad.
so i decided that i must have fan pages to promote my app. today i coded a script which should give me fans .i will test it post the results.

I will keep updating. i just cant abandon my thread and my facebook apps bcos i have spend alot of time learning it and unless i earn atleast $100 and decide that i cant scale it up any further i m not gonna leave facebook :/
 
Keep working dude. Things take a while to go viral these days. People have to see it on profiles a few times before they click.

did u bought any fan page updates,
try them once

If u get a update from non spammed Fanpage
and with a creative update,
you can get more users for sure ,
just check fiverr once
.
.
and if you use embee pay app,you can get some more ideas,
i dont no their cost,but why not try them before trying fb ads,
i mean ,get updates for USA [assigning 1 point]
