Google always says that if your site have quality content it will rank higher, if your site have less ads than competition it will rank higher, if your site keep in mind the users as the first thing it will rank higher...
So that's exactly I'm going to do:
THE PLAN - Step by Step
Introduction - First ideas and planning
-I'm going make a site about "lose weight" niche
-Language would be "Spanish"
-I will use wordpress as content management system, it will be a blog.
-I will write high quality and long articles
-I will include high quality images
-I will use a premium wordpress template, it's NOT optimized for ads.
-I will adapt to google's webmaster and quality guidlines
The Site - The basic structure
Domain
I bought a premium .me domain. Why .me? Because the name of my domain +.me will create just one single word. As on recently google updates they devaluated the keyword targeted domains I think this will be a great choice. The length of the domain is 8 characters + .me
Hosting
I'm going to use a US based hosting... for now. If I see that most of my traffic comes from Spain I will buy a hosting located there instead, to provide faster load times and hope to improve my search engine rankings because of the target location.
Content
The content is going to be long articles with quality images. I will write articles beyond 1000 words and I will add high quality images from photodune, shutterstock and other royalties free stock images sites. I'm not going to buy those images until I start get revenue from the site.
Appearance
The template is high quality with catchy widgets to keep user for a long time and tempt it to navigate the site. It's not add optimized. I will make sure the user stay as long as possible as it's one of ranking factors.
Ads
I will not use ads until I see a high traffic coming to my site. I will probably use Adsense for revenue, but I will try to contact advertisers and leave a contact form on my site to display their ads and ask for a monthly basis payment, I already did that with one site and it's way better than any form of ads.
Marketing - Time to get visits
Even it's a pure white hat site I will use some white - grey techniques to get returning visits form users.
Twitter Account
I will create a twitter account for the site. This account will post all updates from the blog but also will give popular advises and tips to lose weight. I will try to reply manually to some tweets and will BUY followers, but in a drip feed way probably with my own bot.
Tumblr account
I will also make a tumblr account. There I will post pics related to lose weight niche, motivational pics and stuff like that to get some users + updates from the blog.
Blogger and other "mirror sites"
I will create some blogs related to lose weight niche and will post some articles there, not as quality as on my main site, some of the articles will have a source link directed to my main site.
Backlinks
I will never blast my main site. I will use backlinks software to blast mirror sites and I will also blast sites that point to my site. I will check natural backlinks pointing to my site created by real users and I will blast those sites with some black hat backlinks. I will use as quality as posible backlinks here too.
Apps and tools
I will create IOS and Android apps to track your weight and stuff like that, I will also create some tools with PHP like calculate your Fat, track your lose weight progress, daily motivation quotes... with great design to catch users.
Future - If things don't go wrong
Once I start getting returning visits and user that really like/follow my site I will add a forum or will create a social site about lose weight. I can program the social site by my own. Also I will keep in mind what the US based sites are offering and will try to replicate some good ideas, as on Spanish market they are now available.
New apps, tools and other online stuff to get more returning visits.
Videos, once I start to get enough money I will make videos about exercises and diets. Of course I will pay someone to do so. I have many gyms near me and as you may know we have 5 million people without work and those who work don't get too much, so I think I can hire some hot chick and strong guy to make a 5 min video. I will create a youtube channel.
Dropshipping, I will create a fitness store. Once I have a good amount o returning visits I will make a eCommerce site, selling stuff it would be easy, I will make post related to a product, how to use it guide... also the store would be high quality, I will make a video of each product if possible and post a high quality images. Right now I'm getting experience on that way buying bikes with my father.
Competition - How hard is going to be
Competition is not really strong. Of course this niche is big and it will be very hard to get on top of that but with hard work and dedication it's very possible. Spanish market have good content but it lacks on design and innovation, all you see are blogs and blogs and blogs, posts and comments, nothing more, maybe some tools, but the design of those tools are horrible not user friendly, I can win easily in that way, the hardest part is going to be the content, but the design, the user friendly experience, seo, innovation and marketing it's going to be much easier, I will smash them on this ways.
Conclusion
I want to make an "All in One" lose weight site or sites, so if anyone want to lose weight and he speak Spanish he/she will go directly to my site. No one is offering that right now, now even a decent blog about lose weight.

I will try to update the journey daily so it can keep me motivated to do the work each day. Also I'm doing this because I'm tired of black hat methods that works for 2 months or methods where you get banned or just spam people with useless content, I hate CPA and I never done it because every time I see a survey I just want to throw the keyboard to the monitor.
The probability of success is extremely low, but it's a great opportunity to make really good money for a long time.
