[Journey] Pinterest To 100$ A Day

Everyone knows what is Pinterest and how (over)saturated it is. This topic is for Pinterest lovers and haters, positives and negatives. Let's see how it works for me. I will try to update this topic everyday.I will gladly would like to hear all the opinions and tips from guys who are in this field already.

So let's begin.

Day 1
Registered Amazons affiliate (Cloaking my links for Pins)
Picked my niche and first 25 products/pins for it
Pinned it on my main Pinterest account with 250 real followers.
Used Pin Blaster + 100 Fresh Pinterest accounts to repin/like all my pins. (The question is it worth reppining/liking pins from fresh accounts? Does it help to rank the Pin to popular page?)
40 Clicks - 0 Sales so far

Lot's of pinterest threads and by far i didn't saw anyone to say that he/she is making money.
 
there are several threads of ppl saying that they're making money on pinterest...one guy said he's making $500
 
It's great to take advantage of social networks that are exploding fast.
 
1, do you have to use proxies for the 100 pinterest accounts?
2, are your followers keyword targeted?
3, what is your total investment now?
 
I also tried working around with Pinterest today and gained 50+ followers. Hopefully I can start to get some conversions!
 
Good Luck with this, if I didn't have so much on my plate I would have started monetizing Pinterest, seems interesting to say the least.
 
all the best I am making around 150 to 200 purely through pinterest and anyone who is saying that pinterest don't work, knows nothing about it. Selecting of niche is very important, focus on things that ladies at home would love to buy. pinterest is dominated by girls and women. if you promote unrealted things, then it is not going to work

do you use a lot of accounts? if so, do you use proxies?
do you make comments? or just have followers?

I've missed the boat on too many social sites so I'm gearing up and trying to learn more about pinterest. One thing I've heard is that I heard direct linking to any amazon affiliate code is now dead. Is that true? Are most people just using their pins to link directly to their own sites?

yeah from what i understand. they switch your amazon code with their own. ive started learning about this today and have posted some popular pics up lets see what happens. i link directly to a blogspot
