I have been graciously inspired by Heiccki and his OnlyFans agency, I’d like to do something similar. I’m new to this whole sort of thing and pretty young, I just turned 18 so I’m still a developing idiot. But my concept involves starting a OF agency like his but also creating my own cam site which the models will also be on, providing two sources of income. Based on Heiccki‘s profits I’d say $20,000 per model is something I could achieve in a decent amount of time. If you have any advice or ideas I’d really appreciate the feedback, be rude, mean and ugly if you have to but please, do provide proper feedback and ideas and tips to help me out, again I’d really appreciate it.

Don't spread yourself thin. Growing an OF and growing a cam site are two completely different things. One's based on forming parasocial relationships, the other is more about building a brand in the porn space. OF would be a significantly easier option for you in the short-term so I suggest you just focus on that and leave the cam site goals for later.

Thanks for the advice, I’ll focus on the OF project. Do you have any advice or tips for that area?

Woaaah I feel attacked but also I understand, I’ll give you what my plan is so far and I want you to critique it if you so desire. My goal is 5 models to start off, I will advertise on Craigslist, my Website, Instagram, TikTok, Quora, and Reddit. My eventual end goal is either a few hundred to a few thousand models but that’s wishful thinking. I’ll also market directly and speak directly with existing “influencers” or models, and attempt to have them join my agency. Like I said above I will have my agency website that models can sign up on if they wish once my brand is built like GreyHatNik described. That’s the rough outline of the beginning steps I have, like I said please critique it if you want, I really do want advice I’m not bullshitting

My fellow newbie that is why I am here my friend, my plan is in a rough outline stage, I’m hoping the individuals here could help me fill it out and give me advice, but I understand, I’m working on making the plan currently as we speak

You should get in touch with other bhw members who did this journey in same niche succesfully.
 
I had a client who did this job and I make a really good income but I'm not sure he works hard and someone else does everything for him
