@se900se suggested that the site could've been rejected due to lack of content.Therefore, I spent time adding more quality content to the site today. I now have a total of 21 well written posts. I try to add one non-quiz content page for each quiz that is published. Everything is looking good so far. Thus, I've submitted the site to Hooligan Media for review again. The sooner I get approved the better it is. I have also applied to Adsense with my old account.
